*Vegetables cut into sticks

*Fruit

*Popcorn

*Dry whole grain cereal

*Graham crackers

*Low-fat whole grain crackers

*Pretzels

*Whole grain bagel, bread,

           tortilla, low-fat tortilla chips

 

 

Protein Rich Snacks:

*String Cheese

*Low-fat yogurt

*Low-fat cottage cheese

*Low-fat milk

*Low-fat cream cheese

*Peanut Butter

*Nuts and seeds

*Hard-boiled egg

*Sliced turkey or other low-fat Meat

*Hummus

 

Advantages of Healthy Snacks:

 

1.  They might help you pay attention longer in class.

2.  You might make fewer mistakes on tests and school work.

3. You might behave better in school.
